Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains displays and promotions according to corporate guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and trains them on policies and product knowledge.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising optimization and service quality.
• Executes the market plan with proper signage and inventory integrity.
