Michaels in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Merchandise Manager who will drive merchandising execution, pricing accuracy, and inventory routines while leading a team to deliver a customer-ready store environment.

You will own workload planning, coordinate with store leadership, manage planogram and in-stock programs, and ensure promotional execution and compliant pricing across the sales floor. The role demands strong leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams.
• Experience with merchandising and inventory routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and product flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, price changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection.
