Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changing directions or priorities
• Able to train and mentor Associates on merchandising and process standards

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Provides feedback and recognizes team performance
