Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure timely processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and assist with backstock organization.
• Promote safety, compliance with policies, and labor laws.
• Provide accurate progress updates to management and collaborate on priorities.
