Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented associate to support receiving and merchandising, ensuring quick, accurate processing and an excellent customer experience.

You will train peers, manage back room organization, and help maintain safety and policy compliance on the sales floor. Requirements include 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience through interaction and service.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store goals, safety, and adherence to labor policies.
