Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandise processing.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising standards.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in backroom and sales floor areas.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
