HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a team member to support receiving, merchandising, and store operations. You will help ensure a smooth flow of goods, excellent customer service, and a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the aptitude to train others while maintaining high standards for tagging, pricing, and signage. Become part of a diverse, growth-focused TJX team.

Qualificações

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain store operations.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and stock replenishment.
