HomeGoods at TJX Companies is hiring a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store. You will help process shipments, stock the floor, tag and arrange merchandise, and support the team to maintain a clean, organized environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting. Prior retail and leadership exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience is preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing.
• Provides excellent customer experience and maintains a clean store.
• Orchestrates stock flow and trains associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, coding, and backroom organization.
• Maintains safety, labor laws, and program compliance.
