Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and backroom recovery standards.
• Support safety and adherence to labor policies.
