Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an excellent shopping experience in a busy West Des Moines store.

You will keep the sales floor clean and organized, ring purchases, and support merchandising and loss prevention standards. The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to adapt to changing directions while working with peers and supervisors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Adhere to operating procedures for ringing purchases/returns and counting change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor and participate in stock recovery and store upkeep.
• Support safety, labor, loss prevention goals and participate in program initiatives.
