• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintains a clean store.
• Organizes back stock, tags, tags, and ensures products are coded and displayed properly.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promotes safety, labor law compliance, and store policies.
