Job summary

The HomeGoods store in Raleigh, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is recruiting for a role focused on receiving and merchandising standards. You will engage customers, maintain organized backrooms, and train Associates to ensure smooth operation on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing of merchandise

• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Monitors team productivity and assists with prioritization
• Supports safety, labor, and loss-prevention programs
• Acts with integrity and communicates priorities to management
