Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead daily operations, merchandising, and staff. You will oversee receiving, displays, and promotions while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company guidelines.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast stocking on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and promotions following guidelines.
• Oversees opening/closing of the store, cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and provides training on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
