Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and company programs.
• Strong inventory management and planogram execution.
• Customer-focused with ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and inventory routines.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
