You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to maintain a customer-ready store environment. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, and leadership in stock optimization, planogram adherence, and in-store presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management required.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising execution while adhering to SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution for a customer-ready store.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving to protect inventory accuracy.
