Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Lead truck execution and in-stock flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and promotions.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Manage damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Partner in Asset Protection.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policy and standards compliance and store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Prioritize tasks and align staffing to business needs.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines for in-stock readiness.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and backroom.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, price changes, and promotions.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and order accuracy.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Handle store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Coach and develop department team members.
• Support Asset Protection initiatives.
