Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Strong financial management skills: drive sales, interpret reports, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, execute merchandising directives, deliver service culture.
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate top talent and lead teams through change.
• Proficient with basic technology and store systems; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecasts and payroll budgets to plan scheduling and productivity.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, audits, and performance results.
• Lead and coach associates to drive guest experience and product demonstrations.
