You will lead workload planning, ensure pricing integrity, timely promotions, and accurate stock movement while coaching team members, supporting SOP compliance, and sustaining strong asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and store readiness.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Complete price changes accurately and timely.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership.
• Ensure promotional signage and merchandising compliance.
