Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Waldorf, MD area to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store by planning workloads and managing stock. Lead truck and in-stock processes, oversee POG execution, and uphold visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment.
• Lead truck execution, in-stock planning, and planogram (POG) compliance.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; manage SOPs and store standards.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs/ASN, and asset protection practices.
