Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Ensure execution of policies and maintain store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership alignment.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to improve in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and shrink reduction.
• Execute promotional ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and returns processing with accurate inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
