Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive merchandising, inventory routines and planogram execution.
• Strong workload planning and staff coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, keeping store conditions and results on track.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, including unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and maintain pricing integrity across the floor.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
• Maintain shrink reduction and Asset Protection practices.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
