• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Maintain in-store visual merchandising standards and stock integrity.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store, RTVs/ASNs, and backroom organization.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and develop team members.
