Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance using available reports and guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing and presentation of merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves, displays, and signage to align with merchandising concepts and guidelines.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, and succession planning.
