Job summary

Burlington Coat Factory of PR, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, maintain selling floor organization, and ensure pricing accuracy. You will role-model Burlington’s core values while driving results and developing strong teams.

Your responsibilities include guiding floor staff, coordinating promotions, and partnering with District/Regional managers to deliver a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium-to-large-sized, multi-unit retail organization with experience in fashion apparel merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the store’s sales performance daily using available sales reports.
• Provide guidance to the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite merchandise flow from receiving to sales floor.
• Coordinate sales promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing of store merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves, merchandising displays and presentations per concepts and guidelines.
• Support the Store Manager to resolve merchandising issues and seek best practices including comparative shopping, fast/slow selling classifications and styles.
