Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in off-price, big box, or multi-unit retail.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available reports.
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite merchandise flow.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Oversee floor moves, displays and merchandising presentations in line with concepts.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing and training.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
