Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive the store’s merchandising strategy, train and coach the team, and ensure floorsets meet AEO Visual Standards. You’ll keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment and lead by example in service and presentation.

As a Leader on Duty, you’ll analyze daily trends, shape short- and long-term plans, recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and maintain safety and asset protection while living AE

• You know how to lead and develop teams and have a general understanding of employment law.

Responsibilities

• As a key Leader on Duty, you're an expert at driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• You coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards and through replenishment.
• You motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, holding them accountable to customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You recruit and hire strong talent and train/develop your team to provide outstanding service.
• You provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, team touchbases, development plans and performance reviews.
• You execute daily operations, maintain visual standards across zones, and ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and on-brand.
• You ensure store safety, asset protection, and compliance with AE policies and procedures.
