Job summary

AEO Broadway Plaza is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing merchandising strategy. You will coach your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards, ensure floorset excellence, and maintain replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

You will lead by example, train and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and drive sales through a top-notch guest experience while upholding safety and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on development.
• Proven ability to analyze store trends and drive KPI improvements.
