Job summary

AEO is seeking an Associate Merchandising Team Leader in a full-time store role to drive sales, coach a team, and uphold brand Visual standards. You’ll lead by example, ensure guest-ready floors, and coordinate floor sets with a focus on training and development to elevate performance.

You’ll be responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance feedback, aligning with AE and Aerie brand values while maintaining safe, compliant store operations and exceptional guest experiences.
