Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Burlington, MA is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to develop and implement the store's merchandising strategy. You will train and coach your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards, nail floorset execution, and ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment.

You’ll drive sales as an LOD, mentor talent, and ensure adherence to store policies while maintaining strong guest service and brand integrity across all zones.

Qualifications

• Leader on Duty experience or retail leadership experience.
• Ability to train and coach teams to meet Visual standards.
• Strong merchandising and floorset execution skills.
• Experience driving sales through guest-focused service.
• Knowledge of replenishment and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty and optimize fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to meet AEO Brand Standards and maintain visual standards.
• Lead recruiting, training and development of store staff.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to the team.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and policy adherence.
• Maintain clean, guest-ready fitting rooms and salesfloor.
