Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Lead on Duty by maximizing floor and fitting room productivity.
• Coach and develop team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards daily.
• Ensure store is guest-ready and maintain replenishment and inventory flow.
• Recruit, hire and onboard strong talent; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback and lead store-wide operational improvements.
