Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: Leading a team and supervising experience to include hiring and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding self-service tech use.
• Assist management in supervising associates and coordinating tasks.
• Restock and organize merchandise, ensure safety and clean displays.
• Oversee club pick-up orders and ensure proper staging per policy.
• Promote Walmart products and services and support store compliance.
