Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases and self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, training, and ensuring compliant service approaches.
• Maintain sales floor: stocking, merchandising, pricing, and organizing displays; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor product quality, process returns, and uphold Open Door policy and ethics.
