Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area, including assigning duties and coaching on service approaches.
• Maintain safety and merchandising standards on the sales floor, including product rotation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
