Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to boost sales. You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while providing superior customer service.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth from within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to optimize product visibility.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and manage inventory.
• Track inventory to maximize in-store sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
