Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. You’ll help shoppers by ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards and sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; you’ll join a large network of teammates across brands and locations with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with store management and teams.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to standard layouts.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and planogram compliance.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure execution of merchandising plans.
