Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is looking for in-store merchandisers to build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory. The role supports leadership with scheduling, reporting, and onboarding new hires, with a focus on customer-friendly service.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a smartphone to record shifts. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Proficient with a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Operate with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
