Job summary

Sam's Club in Long Beach, CA is seeking a team member to provide exceptional member service, assist with purchasing decisions, stock and merchandise the sales floor, and support management in supervising associates.

You will ensure safety, process claims, maintain displays, and help deliver on Walmart's customer-first and integrity standards. This role includes participation in hiring and coaching, following Open Door policy, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, offering guidance and support.
• Assists management with supervising associates and coordinating duties.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, maintains the sales floor, and completes required documentation.
• Maintains safety and merchandising standards, including product rotation, signage, and cleanliness.
• Monitors product quality and assists with processing claims and returns.
