• Support supervision of associates, assign duties, train staff and ensure open-door policy.
• Assist in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining sales floor and displays.
• Ensure safety, organize paperwork, and help with returns and claims.
• Lead and participate in teams to meet business goals and provide excellent customer service.
