Job summary

Walmart is seeking a frontline associate dedicated to delivering exceptional member service and maintaining store standards in a dynamic retail environment. You will engage with members, guide self-service options, assist with purchases, and promote Walmart products and services.

You will also support store leadership by supervising team members, training staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies while contributing to a safe and efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Assists management with supervising associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, and providing direction to ensure timely, quality work.
