Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases and resolving issues.
• Assist management with supervising associates, including assigning duties, training, and evaluating performance.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising, stock shelves, price items, and organize displays.
• Uphold safety standards, conduct safety checks, and follow policies to ensure a safe, clean store environment.
