• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Coach your team to deliver AE Brand Standards and maintain tip-top store conditions and replenishment.
• Lead and inspire the team to rock customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and develop top performers.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to boost associate engagement.
• Execute daily operations and maintain visual standards across all store zones and guest-ready fitting rooms.
