Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive merchandising strategy, lead a store team, and ensure guest-ready floors with best-in-class brand standards. You will train and coach associates, optimize selling floors and fitting rooms, and deliver strong customer service while maintaining visual standards.

You will act as the Store Team Leader's right hand in developing short and long-term business plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure execution of plans with integrity

• Drive sales as LOD by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution to reflect AEO brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team to deliver outstanding guest service and performance reviews.
