Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching the team to meet AE brand standards, and ensuring guest-ready floorsets and replenishment.

You will lead with integrity, train talent, and drive KPIs while maintaining visual standards across store zones. Previous retail management and flexible availability to match guest shopping hours are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and develop store associates to meet brand standards.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional guest experience and maintain AE Brand Standards.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and floor-set execution across zones.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to meet business needs and deliver KPIs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct development conversations.
