American Eagle is seeking an Associate Merchandising Team Leader to drive the merchandising strategy and coach a store team toward best-in-class brand standards. You will lead floorset execution, ensure replenishment, and deliver an exceptional guest experience that aligns with AE & Aerie values.

This role emphasizes training, talent development, and real-time coaching to maximize sales, visualize standards, and maintain a guest-ready environment across all zones of the store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining AEO brand standards and managing day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team; recruit and hire strong talent and provide ongoing feedback through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection, uphold policies, and maintain visual standards across all zones.
