Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandising Manager to lead merchandising and operational execution across inventory, pricing, and store presentation.

You will direct truck processing, planogram sets, ad sets, and Ship-from-Store fulfillment while maintaining visual standards and stock integrity. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure pricing integrity and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive in-stock optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
