Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Merchandising Manager in Selma, TX. You will support store leadership in executing merchandising plans, pricing, inventory controls, and promotional activities to ensure a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities include leading in-store operations, coordinating truck flow, stock replenishment, and maintaining planograms and visual standards to drive sales and efficiency.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and floor transfer of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes, ad sets, and Ship-from-Store fulfillment.
