• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to floor.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Support backroom organization and customer readiness.
• Control inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets and timely price changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members; uphold asset protection.
