Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Seattle is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and customers. You will build and rotate displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires. No prior merchandising experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is beneficial but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and lead teammates when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers and customers.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves and rotate stock.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
• Record shift results via mobile device and communicate progress.
