Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of merchandising experience and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
