The Retail Odyssey Company in Redmond, WA is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience; leadership/training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, rotate shelves and track inventory to maximize sales.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires.
